Homcom Rower fantastic bit of kit
I'm really impressed with this rower & the price, its new so have to see if it lasts without fault. Comfy seat, comfy handlebars and the weight tension is good. I used to go to gym for 5 years but stopped for 20 years but find this rower is great for all body exercise.
I watched a video of a lady using it & the only thing that nearly put me off was the noise of the seat it sounded like bad grating on metal. But I bought it & happily it's no where near as loud (I think it was the microphone on the video that made it appear worse than it is). I can row in a silent room & not be bothered by the noise at all. Used only a few times & immediately notice it's great for cardio and all muscles. The rowing action mimics real boat rowing far more than the gym one I used to use.
If you're very long limbed & very tall you might need to try before buying but for me the pullback comes perfectly to my ribcage but very tall people do your research & maybe try before but you can return if not suitable.
It's very light, portable & very slim so fits in very small areas fantastic.
Very little self assemble as I hate self assembly but this was ready to use in 5 mins. One bit was a simple 'click in place' & that's it. I was so happy it was super easy to get started so fast.
There are 12 settings I use the 1st as this is plenty resistance & there's plenty of scope to improve. If you're very fit & very strong then you might want an upgraded rower but otherwise it's fantastic & I highly recommend. Best piece of fitness equipment along with my indoor cycle I've bought. If you have no other equipment the rower & a cycle are what I'd recommend for all round body fitness. Genuinely really pleased I bought this rower. Arried in good time & well packaged. Compact size, good for the money.
Good for the money, compact size. A shame the readout meter isn't great quality, but you get what you pay for. Probably not suitable for serious gym goers for keeping track of stats etc.
