Imperfections
I bought this flat pack which unfortunately had a few little imperfections which were unfortunately visible. I did had an exchange of emails with customer service with my resolution suggestion unfortunately I missed a call and they resolved the issue without actually speaking and agreeing with me. So I am keeping the item for a reduced price paid with Klarna. So not a particularly positive outcome to he honest. Shame as it is a nice item.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
