Nice product but wire was not attached on one end.
You may wonder why I rated this product a four, and then returned it. It is a really nice looking cheeseslicer but unfortunately mine was broken on one of the wire ends, it didn't come with any extra wires and it was a different "marble" to what I wanted, that wasn't their fault though. Comes in a nice big flat box which is surrounded by 3inch styro. So very well packaged but made the slicer much smaller than expected. The staff in Sevenoaks are so very helpful and kind, who help in every possible way they can. It was ordered from within the shop and was delivered. I have bought many things from Robert Dyas and I have been extremely happy and satisfied. Well done to Robert Dyas.

Faulty so returned
Prompt online service. But cutter didn’t seem to be aligned with gap on board and wire was disconnected from top of it. Could be seen through cellophane cover. No spare wire included. Sadly returned to local store. Refunded very promptly

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
