Faulty paintwork on the product
When the item arrived it was unfortunately faulty. After contacting RD instantly on arrival, I was told I had to wait 3 working days for a response from the supplier. Bit off putting when I bought from Robert Dyas but okay. Can’t fault the supplier who offered me a refund or replacement pretty quickly. I chose the former and was copied into communications but then it took RD 1-2 weeks to process this action between me & the supplier.
