Everything Works!
My only (minor) observation wd be that the marks on the control panel are rather small and one has to concentrate hard to get the timer dial in the right placebut the important thing is that everything works and it looks good

Pay a little more and buy a well designe microwave
It works and is cheap, you get what you pay for! Plate support is as cheap as you can get, the black coloured power and timer knob settings are difficult to discern from the black background, the 'free' 3 year parts guarantee is a rip off - parts have to be installed by a Hotpoint Engineer (chargeable) cheaper to buy a new microwave oven, suggest a Sharp.

Unhelpful manager
I bought a microwave oven and my daughter went to the Palmerston Road branch in Portsmouth to collect it. The sales assisstant was very plreasant and helpful, but the manager refused to let my daughter collect it from the rear of the premises. My daughter had to struggle with the large and heavy item through a busy precinct to the rear of the premises. Ten out of ten for the assisstant but zero for the manager!
