Faulty item?
If I’d been asked for a review yesterday I’d have given 5*. Used a few times over the last month without fault, however last night water began pouring out of the base of the winding drum. I’m guessing the connector inside has come adrift or split? The construction of the drum makes it impossible for mere mortals to open it up to check. This morning I emailed the supplier for advice. I could not contact anyone on the Hozelock helpline, just endless on hold music. Wondering if it is a faulty item as Hozelock stuff is usually pretty good.
