Great little unit
Bought for a mid size attic room, cools the room quickly even when its really hot. I personally dont think its noisy and am very happy with the quality for the price.

Brilliant little unit!
I have an older Igenix A/C unit that has been used each summer for around 10 years, so I was happy to get another one for my sons room this year. He’s thrilled to have a cool bedroom during the heatwave this year.
Neat, easy to use and whilst all mobile units are a bit noisy, it’s been an absolute godsend this summer!

Very effective
So glad we ordered this before the current heatwave. It’s easy to move around, easy to operate and reasonably quiet. We bought an additional venting hose - 3m long and 15cms wide, which fits perfectly through a small high window. The original hose would be sufficient for a low window. I would highly recommend this well priced air conditioner.

Nice and Cold
Brought this after that 40+ degree heatwave.
Runs lovely and cold.
It is reasonably noisy. It will drown your TV volume.
But it cools well and fast.
You do need to stick a pipe out of a window. It comes with an adjustable adapter so you can put the pipe out and close the window, but unless you have sash windows, it’s useless.

Beautifully cool a little noisy
Ordered a powerful mobile unit that comes with a window outlet, i had to order a different outlet as my windows are NOT sash windows. The unit is for use in my bedroom and keeps it lovely and cool. The only downside is its a bit noisy but the noise doesn't affect me so i dont mind. I would highly recommend especially when we have the short but powerful heatwaves. If you have a bigger room like a kitchen diner then you may need a bigger unit. Its easy to set up and comes with easy to read instructions.

Absolutely useless. Went straight to fault!
Brand new and I turn it on and it goes straight to fault! Great and on the day of the heatwave. Not exactly cheap either. I’m fuming. I sent it back the next day and guess what - yep I’m STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND! No units available to replace. Total waste of time. My business suffered because of this.
