Good quality
I've used this a handful of days during hot day in the run up to end of summer. Read a lot of reviews on this product and all seem pretty good . Don't think you will get the same effect of a properly installed walled unit , but as a portable cooler works very well. I would say it's no louder than a tower fan we have. Would highly recommend this if your looking for a portable unit.

Not recommended
I would not recommend this product. It broke down during the first 2 hours of operation and I only used the heat mode (no air conditioning). In the 2 hours it did work it was extremely noisy, to the extent that I would find it impossible to have this device in a room while sleeping, working or simply trying to keep sane. Thankfully, Robert Dyas have an excellent returns service.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
