IG100 57Cm 100 litre Chest freezer
Previous Upright Freezer was just too large for now reduced family.
This IG100 57Cm is ideal and allows much more free space in the kitchen., yet has enough storage to allow catering for influx of unexpected guests.

Not so simple after all?
This is a simple, no frills small freezer, which I bought to store fruit and similar in our garage. It appears to do the job very well and I have no complaints on that score. What irritated me was the lack of any instruction as to how to release the plug from the side panel. Phone calls to the maufacturer and Robert Dyas were of no help. In the end I managed to lever the panel off, only to find there was a smaller panel embedded in the larger one which was all that required to be released. So now I have a slightly bent, though thankfully not fractured, side panel. To add to the crushed corner which shows lack of due care either in the warehouse or during delivery. Both of these could easily have been avoided and would have left me with a perfect, rather than a flawed product.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
