Decent solid fridge
I bought this black under counter fridge to replace my old whirlpool one and despite being a bit wary about a brand that I had never heard of before (Ingenix), I have to admit that I am impressed. It is a really good size, sturdy (not flimsy like my other Frigidare one) and of a decent build quality. It seems to be difficult to find black under counter fridges now, I guess ppl must be going for large freestanding ones and so the choice is limited. The Robert Dyas website was competitive in price & so i chose them.
The couriers (Tuffnels) were not great though. We were in the front room when they pushed the card through our letter box saying they had delivered the fridge to our house. They hadn’t even knocked (which is why we didn’t know we had a delivery) & they were just about to drive away when our next door neighbour offered to take the fridge for us. Otherwise we would have had no fridge but a note saying it had been delivered to us.. worrying!

The product perfectly fits as it should beneath my 'counter.' So far it has been very good in terms of keeping foods in good, cool shape.

Good value, really keeps things cold, nice lay out with adjustable heights for the shelves, easy to clean. Reason for not giving 5 stairs is the black exterior scratches really easily.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
