Pros: Nice graphics, vintage look, good light
Cons: lightweight base, not to stable when rotated, that's why it needs holding with one hand and rotated with the other.

Disappointed
This was bought as a Christmas present, and I was disappointed when it was opened. The globe it self is OK but the base and Meriden look really cheap and is flimsy. Had I known I'd have gone for a more expensive option .
