Terrible
Simply dreadful. Ordered 10 days before daughters birthday with a 2 day delivery time. Over a week in could not get a straight response from company or courier. Even asked them to post another. Courier eventually admitted to losing the item and the Robert Dyad stated they had no others in stock and issued refund (2 days after daughter’s birthday). To be fair they did reply to my messages and this was in the main the issue with the courier (Yodel). They could have should have issued refund earlier or sent a replacement much earlier however.
