All round good blender!
I bought this originally a month ago and very unfortunately it was a random faulty blender. I have had Kenwood blenders (and this model for year) so I know they are usually really good. What was great though was how efficient Robert Dyas were in replacing the blender. Really fantastic customer service, pickup and replacement service, thank you! My new blender works perfectly and is great! I would have no hesitation on purchasing this model again. I will definitely continue to purchase my kitchen essentials from here!

Fantastic Blender for any home!
Bought this about a month ago and haven't stopped using it. Make smoothies, slushies for the kids, pretty much anything I need. Great value for money and so easy to clean. Love my new kitchen toy.

Very good features
I bought this it was great easy to work fantastic but the fact is i would be honest unfortunately it was not suitable for the heavy grinding of spices i need to do so i had yo return it.
But here i do want to give 10 out of 10 for the excellent customer service i experienced with the polite and courteous response of the customer service personel i spoke with. She was very helpful and I was really impressed by the easy and simple customer friendly policy Robert Dyas follows.
The service was absolutely prompt and what impressed me best was I did not have to pay for the collection.
