Very happy with the purchase
The furniture looks really neat and quality product. Assembly was a bit daunting (and unforgiving if you missed a step or got the order wrong) but it was alright in the end. Bought a grey cantilever parasol to go with it and it all comes out quite nicely together. Will also be buying a rug to finish up the look maybe adding some more cushions and planters next to the sofas.

Perfect for our needs
We bought the outdoor set to replace an old one and we are very pleased with this new one. The fact that the table acts as storage (waterproof) for the cushions is a real bonus, we are delighted with it all.

Garden furniture arriving early in lockdown!
After having so much trouble getting new garden furniture we couldn’t believe our luck in finding Robert Dyas having exactly what we were looking for. The huge surprise was it only turned up 3 days after ordering whereas the estimated delivery was 3 weeks. So we have been able to make full use of it during the lovely summer weather. So pleased with it and looking to enjoy many summers in the future. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

I bought this because it seemed great value but was sceptical of what the quality would be like, but needed something quickly and this had previously been out of stock.
I was very pleasantly surprised as it’s fantastic quality for the price, it arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It’s the perfect size for my garden and very comfy, the storage table is great to keep the cushions dry through rain.

Very impressed
Purchased this set after lots of trying to find items in stock. I have to say I’m impressed so far. It is very sturdy and really looks good. The instructions are a bit complicated to follow due to many pieces and some holes not being fully aligned. All in all very happy.

Disappointed.
Looks ok but not really the best quality.
Lid does not stay on the table properly, doesn't stay clipped on and cushions have water marks on despite being kept in the box.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
