Wouldnt be without.
I have had one of these for years, alas my last one got bent in a draw. Saw this at Robet Dyas, at a price I was happy with, and obviously bought one.
This is a kitchen item I have never been without, in my opinion it is definately a must have.
It works as it should. Take your meat from oven then insert probe. It will slowly move to the temperature that it is at, if not what you want just remove probe and put meat back in oven until it has reached the right temperature. Perfect. Highly recommend.
