Very poor service
Ordered a kitchen serving spoon which sounds easy but the couriers delivered it too the wrong address twice even though my correct name and postcode was on the form , then it entailed various emails and messages until after 3 weeks I asked for a refund which in all fairness to Robert dyas they promptly corrected , they need to sort the ordering process out and look at what couriers they use too
