Unusual weathervane
I didn’t want the usual cockerel vane so was pleased to find this amusing pig. You need a stand for it as it wouldn’t fit easily onto a pitched roof. I bought a mock pillar to stand it on but it blew off in the wind! I’ve had to glue it to the base. It’s more of a conversation piece than actual working vane which is a shame. Next time it’s windy I’ll see if it twists in the right direction.

Not impressed
There are two N on the compass points and no W. The pig appears to lock in place and the letters revolve instead of the other way round. Don’t bother buying this poor quality but expensive item.
