Fantastic Dolls House
Purcvhased as a Christmas present for three little girls. It is big enough for all three to play at the same time. Lovely illustrations on the main walls to depict the inside of a modern house. The furniture is also good size for little hands and it is chunky and robust.
Ther only issue was that the handles on the drawers and wardrobe came off and we had to glue them back on. the tap on the sink comes ioff too and is very small so we glued that in place as well. other than that it is very well made and has been a really popular present.

Terribly disappointed
My son asked for this Dolls house for Christmas, and we agreed to purchase this as his main gift. I was poorly disappointed. Not only was this such a struggle to construct, but so much of the furniture that came with it was chipped and broken.
For the money we paid we were totally mortified

Very poor
I bought this for my son for his birthday. However we opened the box the night before his birthday to build it and most of the furniture items were all broken, we had to buy glue and glue them all together as my son was desperate to play with it and the company took 5 days to respond to my initial email and the final response is there's nothing they can do because I can't provide pictures because we fixed them. The actual house itself, part of it was manufactured wrong also so if we built it the way the instructions showed, the 3rd floor would be upside down, which would show a white side instead of brown like the other 2 floors. Very very poor quality.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
