Little Giant 4 Tread Jumbo Step
I hate shopping on-line. I prefer to see products in person in a store. This ladder is only on-line. I took me ages to decide to buy it and It was very difficult to decide. I had to look at the ladder on various other retailer sites to see more details, pictures, customer reviews and I also looked at it on You Tube videos by the USA manufacturers. I chose the ladder because it is safer for someone like me, who feels unsafe standing on a chair, to change light bulbs, hang curtains, wash windows and reach high kitchen shelves. I bought the 4 step to make sure I can reach the highest jobs but for most jobs in my flat the 3 steps would have been alright. The ladder is easy and safe to open and fold up. I’m 5 ft 2 ins so the 4 step is very heavy, large and cumbersome for me to carry around; I must go slowly and carefully when carrying it and unfolding it. The manufacturers say that they will notify you of when they will deliver it but this did not happen, luckily I was home.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
