The walls are manufactured using 12mm interlocking Shiplap tongue and groove boards; this provides a solid structure, guaranteed to offer years of reliable use. The floor is manufactured using smooth and strong interlocking boards, for a premium, high-grade finish.
This sturdy and robust building uses dip-treated timber for longevity as well as an appealing stained wood look, a great accompaniment to any outdoor space.

INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Delivery and Assembly problems
Kennel arrive on time with 2 broken sections, i.e. the back main panel and a flooring panel,
upon repair to enable assembly, it was found that there was not enough Eave frame to complete the job and where it was found the main entrance door was to short for the entrance space. it was noted that the door hinges upon fixture were not fully secure due to where the screws penetrated the thin frame wood and therefore some of the hinges will become loose very quickly. Apart from that Mercia G/P Ltd were not very understanding of the problems encountered and the frustration caused to me to find repair materials in these difficult times, they offered me £20 as compensation which I told them to keep and to give the money to a dog shelter. So all in all, not a good experience in the purchase of this kennel.

Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
