These garden buildings offer the best of both worlds, a greenhouse for growing a wide range of home-grown produce and a spacious shed that can be used to house tools and various pots. The walls are created using 12mm shiplap cladding, each slat interlocks with each other to create a weatherproof seal, each panel is supported by thick 1” x 1” timber framing for additional support during gusty weather.
The floor and roof are cut from 9mm solid sheet board, a durable material that can withstand daily use and storage. An apex roofline means there is plenty of headroom inside, ideal for those that want to install standing shelves.
These buildings are supplied with roofing felt to protect against weather damage and a pad bolt is included for extra security. Two turn buttons are included to keep the large single door closed when not in use. An opening roof vent features in the roofline so that the consumer can regulate the internal temperate.
The shatterproof styrene glazing allows natural light to flood the interior, creating a bright environment that encourages plant growth.

INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...


Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.


Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.


On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.


Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.


The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Finally, Merica touch-up any blemishes on-site after installation and supply you with the pot of paint for any future touch-ups.

Whilst we do all that we can to prevent this, from time to time, orders can experience slight delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against pre-booking/making payment for third party trades to build/install your item until you are in receipt of and have inspected the goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any loss of funds to third party organisations.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
