Mercia's Bike Stores are attractive and flexible products, housing at least two adults plus a child's bicycle makes these products extremely spacious. Although they have been built for the purpose of storing bicycles, they can also be used as a garden and home equipment storage spaces.
This range is fitted with wide double doors to provide easy access, for storage large or small.

Does the job
This shed is ok, it was a little fiddly to erect but once up it seems decent.
The doors don't shut properly, leaving a gap, but I added magnets at the bottom and top to help secure it which did the job.
Aside from that it has protected my bikes well and would recommend, although definitely need 2/3 people to build it well.

Overall good sized bike shed
Overall a decent sized functional shed. It actually comes up bigger than 6ft so I'd advise laying the base over size on the width 6'4" is actual width x 4ft. I put extra pieces of block wood top and bottom inside the door frame to stop the doors pushing inwards, only small metal clips are provided as closures where a more robust sliding bolt with a lock would be better if storing expensive bikes.

Good value - but watch out for the side panel
Good value and size. Fitting was complicated by the fact that the side panels actually had two pieces of wood attached with a gap that I believe should have been removed. Having rectified that - good value shed.

Took a long time to build
Pros: Great shed, exactly what we needed. Sent excess of screws and felt.
Cons: took 6 hours to build with two of us! Had to pre-drill every hole. Some parts didn’t fit. No handles to open the doors

Great buy!
This is a perfect little shed for a small space, comparatively easy to put up, it does need two people & an electric drill, the slight downside is no pre drilled holes !

Never mind the quality, feel the width.
If you want quality at a reasonable price point, this really isn’t it.
That said, you get what you pay for!
I bought at the cheaper end of the scale for a low rise shed that I could put out the front to store gardening stuff in. I wouldn’t put anything of value (such as a decent bike) in it as the materials are pretty flimsy, but it’ll do a job for a couple of years as I look to build something better.
With a little help initially it was easy to build the shell and the instructions were actually quite easy to follow. The clearance on the doors, both with each other and the roof overhang are tight, but I’ll let the whole thing settle on the concrete base for a few weeks and then trim things up; which will hopefully overcome these issues.
Cheap and cheerful about covers it, but it’ll do a job for the minute

Terrible build quality, do not buy this shed
Paid Robert Dyas for the shed and it was delivered by Mercia Garden Products, do not buy this product! Most nails missing their mark, sticking out through the posts, still havent received my refund and the shed is still in my garden in pieces!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
