Terrible !!!
Terrible quality. Came with ripped roof covering that looked like a 100years old piece. No one ever contacted us when we complained about that. Terrible customer service.

Very poorly put together & returns process rubbis
The wood was already split in places, lots of nails and screws missing or not hitting the right parts. Returns process was a pain and they were not apologetic. Now have to deal with the 3rd party not Robert dyas where they order from and have to wait weeks for it to be collected. Quality is so poor, it turned up wet, warped and wood all split. Cannot believe this is almost £200. Its not worth £50

Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
