Made in the UK using high-quality shiplap tongue and groove cladding, the walls, floors and roof have been carefully designed to prevent water and draughts from entering the building. Solid wooden framing is added to the inside of the panels, this creates a solid foundation, meaning this garden room can withstand the harshest of the British weather. The classic pent roof provides a large amount of headroom inside, ideal for those who want to fit taller items, such as bookshelves and standing lamps. Large styrene glazed windows allow natural light to pour into the interior, this creates a bright and airy space that is always a joy to spend time in.
High-quality roofing felt is supplied as standard as well as detailed instructions ensuring a quick and easy assembly process. Finally, a lock and key are supplied with the double doors for added security. As with all Mercia garden buildings, this summerhouse is supplied with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee so that you can have confidence in the product you are purchasing. Simply treat your building with a preservative treatment after installation and annually thereafter and the guarantee and your summerhouse will be good as gold.

Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

It is like the Tardis. So much room inside, I have moved half of my furniture in and I will be moving in next. I love it. I have put rugs on the floor, voiles at the windows, this is my space.

Was expecting it to be "OK for the money" but genuinely pleased with the quality. Sure, it's not the same as one of the £10K Nordic log cabin deals, but come on - it cost about £1000 delivered! It arrived quickly and well within the stated delivery window, the panels and components were all present and correct, and undamaged. Instructions were clear, and well written. We painted the panels before assembly, and from start to finish it took about 9 hours for two of us to build. Delighted!

This product is delivered by our approved supplier.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
