Make the most of your garden space by adding a stylish, practical and high-quality Helios Summerhouse.
With a fantastic curved roof, the Helios is a great-looking product guaranteed to suit any garden. There are three sizes to choose from and come equipped with double doors with lock and key, styrene glazed windows and green mineral felt.
These are built using 12mm shiplap cladding, 12mm tongue and groove floor and roof for rigidity, stability and durability.

Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Great value for money !
Clearly I have had a better experience than some of the reviewers here. So far I cant really fault this summerhouse. It is a decent size and seems very solid for what I paid.. Definitely a 2 man job, ideally with an experienced "Joiner" as I did and it took around 4 hours to assemble. Once insulated and plasterboarded which I would recommend I will be using it as my garden office for many years to come !

Not bad for the price
Bought this to be used as a home business startup for my daughter, took just over half a day for two of us to build, some nails needed to be hammered back in, floor didn’t seem to completely line up other then that not a bad buy, upon completion it’s fully water tight and hopefully will last for years to come

Great for the price paid
Really happy with the finished product. Waited a few months for this to arrive and when it did we were a bit disappointed as there were a couple of defects on the parts such as splits in the wood where nails had been hammered incorrectly and a few loose parts. We managed to repair and tweak things ourselves to get the summer house built. Took pretty much 2 days for 3 people to build and paint the house and we are really happy with the end result.

The summer house floor and roof do not join easily together and are left with large gaps.

Poor instructions and rough finish
The summerhouse shape is fantastic and matches the pictures on the website however the finish is really poor with rogue nails and I’ll-fitting parts. The instructions were also poor leaving us to modify as we progressed the build.

Poor build quality and material.
I ordered this product to erect myself. The wood quality is poor and the construction awful.
I had to repair many joints and buy more wood to replace poor quality wood.
I also had to hammer many of the nails in properly.
Having said all this for the price it is value for money. Basically you get what you pay for.
I should Have paid a lot more for a better product.

Helios summer house
I ordered this product to erect myself. The wood quality is poor and the construction awful.
I had to repair many joints and buy more wood to replace poor quality wood.
I also had to hammer many of the nails in properly. Some of the nails had missed the wood and were sticking out inside and sharp. The back panels were different lengths so there was a hole at the back we bought extra wood to make it watertight. This was bought for my granddaughter and a joiner had to come and sort it out at expense to us. I wanted other outdoor buildings but will not be getting them from Robert Dyas.

I was hoping that the other reviews were not true with regards to the quality. However they are, and with damaged pieces on arrival, missing instructions and parts I wouldn't recommend this summerhouse.

Terrible!
I bought this summerhouse which when it got delivered they were several panels damaged, they had also done a terrible job of treating the wood and left parts untreated as well as nails hanging out of the wood. Could have done a better job myself! When I called to complain they said the suppliers were shut and couldn’t do anything till Tuesday, the item was delivered on Friday!

Poor quality product
I recently bought this item as my son who has autism desperately wanted a drum kit to relax his Tourette’s since it’s been put together lots of wood cracking and the doors have always been bent so can’t shut them properly disappointed got to make do with a very bad quality product we hen paid so much

The disappointment is real...VERY REAL!
I was skeptical about the negative reviews but still thought i will take the chance as i have never used Robert Dyas in the past but now i wish i could turn back time. Almost every panel has some form of damage, or crack, doors are warped which another buyer has mentioned in a review and the list of faults is forever long. The workmanship of the joints is also extremely poor, where joints are not aligned correctly (bent in some areas), and cracks are visible where nails have been fired in during manufacture with no due care.
Very disappointed with Robert Dyas and with summer coming along, we have shared our poor experience with friends and family who were waiting to see the final product.
Please dont make the same mistake as it will cost you more in repairs and the extra hassle.

I have been unable to fix the doors, because they are so warped . I have just had a joiner round who said he couldn't fix them. I contacted customer service who said it will right itself over time. Absolutely no chance. Very very disappointed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
