INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Great delivery service , easy to put together
I hope I can add to this once I have personalised our bar .But for the basics you get more than you pay for compared to other sites at this price . Great delivery service with update emails and texts and a very helpful driver. Don't be put off by the warnings if it's safe they will do all they can to deliver it to your drive /garden . It was up in less than an hour as our base was flat and ready. The roof needed two people to do or maybe I am a little short 🤔 . We are really looking forward to adding our lights and bar stools and of course using it.

Fast and professional delivery.
Happy with quality and ease of construction. We did use our own longer screws, some supplied were already bent. Will also add some shelves as there aren't any, but this doesn't detract from a really good little bar!

Well pleased !!!
Ordered for garden came flat packed easy to put together with 2 people about 3 hours but we was not rushing ... have painted and i did felt the roof for extra potection ... some of the nails were a bit bent so replaced them with what i had in shed.... all in all very pleased with it .... lovely addition to the garden patio area kitted it out with a fridge electric and lights ... even got a tv in therr !!!

Bought this garden bar a few weeks ago. Delivery was good. All parts correct and not damaged. The instructions were fairly straightforward but some parts didn't fit properly in the way they should. Haven't treated it yet but will do soon. Gonna buy some felt for the roof as it is not waterproof. Added some shelves of my own to the inside of the bar as there are none. When not in use consider putting some sort of sheeting Around the bar so when it rains the inside doesn't get wet apart from the floor because there's no base. Good inside bar space to move around. Really good purchase.

This bar is an awesome addition to anyone's garden! The price is unbeatable! Only down side is you will need to buy some decking screws the screws that come with it are a little to soft and easy to round off when you put a little too much pressure on them. But other than that I am over the moon with my purchase. All we need now is some sun

Relatively simple to put up and great for a garden
It took us about 2 hours to put the bar together. We could then enjoy our first garden pub quiz that very night. It looks just like in the image on the website and with a few bits of bunting and bar lights from the Range, we were ready to go!

We bought this to replace a barzebo which was destroyed in a storm. This is nice and sturdy and will be going nowhere! Looks great. Only advice I would give is felt the roof before putting it on. Much easier.

Great Value Garden Bar
Given the price of timber right now, this product is a bargain. Unlike some other reviews I had no issues with putting this together. Pieces were well constructed and fitted together nicely. I'm pleased with the quality. Instructions were very good and made assembling very easy. They suggest 2 people to assemble, but I managed on my own with the help of a wall!
As you can see by the photos I've used a combination of Cuprinol Ducksback paint and varnish to add further protection. Just need to add accessories now! Would recommend this product.

Love it!
I bought this about 6 weeks ago and due to getting my garden completely renovated it has only just been built. The garden landscapers built it for me and it took them approx 2 hours (2 of them) . Good instructions and all screws and fixings supplied. They were very impressed by it, one even decided to order same!
I absolutely love it and have decided to just clear varnish it and started to add own touches. Cant wait to be hosting summer garden parties.

Only thing I’ll say is when you fit the roof in place just get a hammer and gently bang the nail heads down if they are sticking up ,now bring on the summer

Great product at a great price
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the delivery driver who handballed the whole kit through the house into the garden. The product is well constructed albeit we didn't get any instructions on how to put it up.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Shop our range of shed accessories to give yourself the perfect set up. All the way from underneath the shed, to the inside flooring, right up to the roof.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
