INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Great shed just what I wanted
I struggled to fine a shed of this style elsewhere. It was just what I wanted. The other reason for my choice was the choice of a speedy delivery whereas other organisations even the local ones had long delivery dates. I was kept informed of delivery times and the driver was polite and helpful

Good shed for price.
No complaints, it is what you would expect for the price, everything included. We treated it before assembly as need it to last a bit longer than old one, looks good and doing the job.

Great shed
Fantastic shed, easy to build and looks great in our garden. Ordering the shed was easy and we were able to pick a day for delivery from a list of dates. This helped as we could ensure we were around that day.
One thing we did notice was that the door did not fit, we used a wood planer to take off a couple of millimeters, but the instructions did warn that the door may be a tiny bit wide. The sides of the shed had wood nailed on to the bottom for transportation, this would be easier to take off if they were screwed in, but this may not be possible in the factory.
Really pleased we got the shed, and it is a good price too, definitely recommend it.

good size for a medium garden
I bought this for my husband to replace a shed he'd had for years. It was quite easy to assemble (definitly needs 2 persons) It's given us more room to put a small greenhouse up.Would recommend to family & friends. Only downside is going out to by shelves & workbench . Thanks for prompt delivery x

Lovely looking shed
A decent quality shed. The floor and roof sections are a-bit thin. However I used ecobearers and this should help to prevent rot. Easy delivery and very helpful driver.

Lovely shed once assembled
I bought this shed a month ago. I am very happy with the end result however, I would strongly recommend that you pay to have it assembled for you as you are required to drill every hole, assemble the door, cut beading to size, apply felting on top of the expected assembly. You also need to paint it immediately after putting it up as it has only received a light treatment. All this aside I still feel it is good value for money and you get what you pay for; good quality fixtures and fittings and overall a good quality shed. Just a lot of work.

Disappointed
Took 5 hours to put up. Laid on a flat concrete base and still not straight. Roof took forever to fit as not lining up. Had overhang at front and gap at back. Doorway had to have sides shaved back as over lapped halfway down so door wouldnt fit. Have built quite a few sheds in past but never had these problems before
Really disappointed as not very good quality, neither was it cheap for the overall size. Expected better!!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
