The Mercia Traditional Summerhouse is a delightful wooden summerhouse which will create a focal point of any garden. This summerhouse includes four fixed windows, double front door and a beautiful veranda to the front.
Please note: This summerhouse does NOT come painted.

INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Finally, Merica touch-up any blemishes on-site after installation and supply you with the pot of paint for any future touch-ups.

Not a happy customer...........A Delighted One
Exceeded my expectations - absolutely no issues with quality. All fitted together as per assembly instructions, plenty of fixings to aid construction. We have the 8x8 model which is almost identical to this one. I was not expecting the fit and finish to be of such high quality. Thank you Mercia - top summerhouse.

To be honest I am slightly disappointed there are bits missing from the summerhouse and they don't fit together properly also screws missing which my son is trying to put right

Cheaply constructed - Avoid
Purchased from the Mercia range to match the garden bar - polar opposites in quality.
The fixings are of such poor quality they bend whilst being inserted, the panels are warped, the glazing is flimsy and the plans a joke. No stars is not an option, shame because that is what it deserves.

If I could use 'no stars' I would.
I'm very disappointed in this new summer house.
The summer house was delivered in an uncovered condition from a depot in the Midlands, so open to the weather for a considerable journey.
The wood is so thin and of very poor quality and badly assembled in it's original paneling design.
Not what I expect from Robert Dyas at all.
The screws that came with it are not robust in the slightest and of poor quality so thankfully had my own supply.
There were spurious nails and staples everywhere where the panels were originally constructed in the factory - the 'nail gun' had clearly missed the wood.
The plastic perspex in the window frames again, thin and of poor design.
I just hope it lives up to its guarantee.
Since ordering the price has increased by a further £200, I find that a poor insult to the consumer.

Very disappointed
Waited several weeks for delivery which was acceptable under the circumstances. Wasn’t particularly easy to put together as some lines uneven. Product is flimsy, I’m having to purchase additional fixings as well as flooring to reinforce/ strengthen. So disappointing! Roofing Felt was damaged & I was given an additional pack, when opened this was damaged too. Save your money & don’t waste your time buying this

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
