Complete waste of money
The worst item I have ever purchased and it was NOT cheap.
The only positive was the delivery which came on time.
The summer house is an absolute nightmare. It is so badly built by the manufacturer that it is almost impossible to put together unless you are a qualified carpenter (which the person from the manufacturer it is clearly not!)
To summarise the issues; I put the three sides together and these filled the base which meant the final piece would not fit on the base and we had had add extra support to accommodate it.
Then the apex roof supports and the top of the side panels hadnt been trimmed so they didnt fit together so we then had to saw and plane down the pieces.
The doors are too wide for the gap and are different heights. so again we need to saw pieces off it and plane them down.
The roof panels are too short to put the batons on so again we will have to use other supports.
Please do not buy from this company. This summerhouse should have taken no more than a few hours to put together and I am now into my second week messing about with it.
SHOCKING!

Poorly made
This is my 2nd review having put one in before the doors were put on, doors didn't fit either and my son had to plane quite a lot of wood off one of the doors. Unless you are prepared to right the manufacturers poor workmanship, avoid this summerhouse.

Poor quality
What a shambles, really wish I'd read the other reviews before purchasing. The quality of this shed is poor, assembly has been a complete nightmare. The panels disnt align, the roof didn't fit, it didn't even have a key hole drilled in the the locking door so had to fashion our own. Our joiner has had to make so many amends and fit extra batons or panels to plug gaps created by the uneven frame. The only reason we haven't sent this back is because we've got a fab joiner who has been able to make it work without ruining how it looks.

Summerhouse
Bought this last year Very poor quality. Doors don't fit, big gap top/bottom. Now,doors only close properly and have a leaking roof as felt wasn't installed properly either. The worst product I have ever bought.
DO NOT BUY!!! Because I treated floor with preservative prior to construction to ensure warranty, neither Mercia or Sheds were interested in sorting out the problems or give a refund.

Easy to order quick to deliver although 6.30 am is a little early.
Nails in floor awful had to bang in most of them lots of split wood. Patchy wood finishing is appauling, looks like its thrown together, doors didn't fit, not enough screws only 1 roof bracket window trims to short, roof wood all damaged on corners if it was easy to return I would have.... cant get through to customer services now spent another 180 quid putting it all right. And top it all after all the problems putting it up ...i cant get film off of windows they must have glued in on ..... unreal...

Not as good as it looks
Brought this a couple of weeks ago and it's such poor quality the roof is all mishaped so does not sit correctly the doors are too small for the frame so you have big gaps everywhere very poor quality building nothing is right with this at all do not buy

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
