Had these for 2 hours and so far so good.
Sounds not perfect but you’d be silly to expect perfection from a £20 pair of head phones. Playing around with iPhone EQ to improve the sound. I’m chuffed to bits I didn’t have to spend £250-270 for Pros.

Arrived defect and got replacement. Never opened.
I bought this and delivery was super fast.
However the earbuds were defect as it would make constant electrical noise in both but worse in the left ear.
Staff was lovely and they sent a replacement right away.
In the meantime I found sport earbuds and bought them and the quality was great so I decided I didn't want RobertDats earbuds anymore and wrote an email asking if I can refund. Refund time is 14 days from the time the order was purchased and I believe I emailed a day or two before the 14 days would expire and no one replied until after the time expired. I also called an no one picked up the phone. So now I have a box of unwanted earbuds that are no longer needed because the quality is not as good as the pair I found in a different store. I don't know if the staff didn't reply on purpose or maybe they were just busy but I'm not happy that they didn't care to help further. I emailed them within the 14 days return time and they didn't reply straight away. I purchased on the 17th of March and item was defect. New order was placed on the 18th of March and I emailed on the 30th of March and got a reply on the 3rd of April...
Overall I wouldn't recommend these as there's better options for the same price or an extra £5. The sound quality is not as good as the sports ones I bought.
