Amazing Dishwasher
We were wanting a cream colour dishwasher to match our cream Montpellier fridge and Robert Dyas had this dishwasher at £80 cheaper than all the other retail outlets, Their customer service is impeccable , helpful, knowledgeable and promptly attended to my enquiries, delivery time was amazing and the after care has been wonderful

Gutted and Disappointed
First arrived. First cycle I ran gave me fault codes. You then have to wait for an engineer who writes a report. Then I had to sort with Montpelier direct who then pushed me back to Robert dyas.
Finally agreed a replacement. Literally just gone to use it now…was a bit suspicious as the inside was damp. Gone to press the on switch…all the switches are stuck low in the unit. So now I’m going to have to go round the houses again getting another. Yayyy me.
And no I didn’t see them when they delivered it as I was busy checking the outside for scratches and dents…didn’t think for one minute the inside of the unit was faulty. Here we go again!!
