So easy to operate!
I bought this waste bin a month ago and am very pleased with it' The fact that it opens automatically without the need to touch it is a big advantage over traditional bins.

The lid started to make a funny noise after 3 weeks. The bin then stopped opening and closing. When I contacted Robert Dyas I was told a new bin would be sent to me by a particular day. I waited and heard nothing more. I then had to email again where I was told Morphy Richards would not replace it. Not happy!
