Beetroot Perfect 3 (Beta vulgaris) is a reliable variety of beetroot bred for both baby and large beets. Perfect for adding to a number of varying dishes and cooking styles
They are an excellent source of folate and a good source of potassium. Roast, boil, pickle or use raw for many different dishes.
You can harvest these plants from July to October. They thrive best in partial sunlight and like a well-cultivated and fertile soil for maximum growth.
