Brussels Sprout Evesham Special (Brassica oleracea gemmifera) are heavy, early crops of large and old fashioned flavoured sprouts. They a good source of vitamin C and folate and make a great additional to many dishes late in the year.
You can harvest these plants from September to December. They thrive best in partial sunlight and like a well-cultivated, well-drained fertile soil for maximum growth.
