These Carrot Chantenay Red Cored (Daucus carota) are high yielding, delicious, stocky wedge-shaped roots with a small core. An excellent source of vitamin A and antioxidants, these carrots can be added to a number of dishes, raw, roasted, boil or steamed.
You can harvest these plants from June to November. They thrive best in partial sunlight and like a light and fertile soil for maximum growth.
