Poor quality.
The only positives are that they look quite good and were fairly cheap.
Numerous negatives, starting with delivery. Four very heavy packages left in the rain at the end of my garden, with no notification of delivery.
Chests took about five hours each to assemble (saved time on the second one having learned the ropes). Quality of material is very poor...chipboard...which is crumbled in places, particularly corners. Surface tops of both were damaged PRIOR to packing, being deeply scratched (x 1) and abrasions (x 1).
They will do a job, but will need to be replaced in due course. Would not recommend.

Atrocious quality
This cheap and nasty chest of drawers ended up in the bin two days after delivery. Dismal design and instructions. Almost impossible to assemble without damaging it. The only time we have dumped a Robert Dyas product after many, many years. We would have had more fun burning £200.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
