Better than expected
Bought on my wife’s recommendation after she heard positive reviews from some horsey people. Didn’t think it would compete with our existing Dyson but it does, and some! By some way the best suction and easiest to use vacuum we’ve had. Sometimes it pays to listen to the wife although I’m pretty sure I’ll not hear the last of the fact that she told me so!

Ordered Henry Hoover instead l got a cool stand up fan well say no more that person need to go to specsavers and get a pair of glasses if that person can not tell the difference between a Hoover and Stand up cooling fan well a five year old can tell the difference. That's why l got a refund.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
