Good but odds and ends were faulty.
Bought this about a month ago, the design is lovely and how I wanted it. It's very squeaky though.
When building the frame I noticed the instructions weren't super clear (and I usually read picture instructions very easily) some of the bed slat holders I still need to put in due to it not being specified on the instructions.
I found that several of the bed screws didn't actually fit as they were too small for the frame (less of an issue for me as my dad was able to get me some from his work), I'd suggest people get in contact to get the correct sizes otherwise. 2 of the bed knobs were difficult to place due to poor sized holes.
Other than that it's fairly decent for the price.

Some damage
I had 3 frames in total, 2 kingsize both excellent, then the double this came with bolts missing and the main leg the headboard end most of the paint was missing, this didnt happen in transit as all packaging was intact, so it was actually packed damaged and no care checking enoughbolts were included, this was sad as I ordered the double as I was so pleased with the 2 kingsize frames, so a letdown really.

3 bed frames
I bought 2 identical kingsize bed frames and they were perfect so are deserving of 5 star, I then ordered a matching double bed frame, this was badly scraped down the main head stead part of the frame, and bolts to hold the frame together were missing. So very pleased with first 2 frames, but 3rd frame which I ordered as I was so pleased with the first 2 was a dissapointment. The packaging wasnt damaged so it was damaged before being packed , which I feel should have been spotted!

Don’t buy
I am very disappointed with my purchase. When I opened the box, all the fixings were rolling about loose and when I looked through the instructions, it was clear that some were missing. Some of the pre-drilled holes weren’t aligned which made putting the bed together very difficult. The knobs at the end of the head and foot or the bed are loose and the frame arrived badly scuffed.

Wrong Bed Size Delivered
I ordered the small double Olivia and we were delivered a double, we didn't realise until after we'd built it so didn't go through with the return. We've now had to buy a new mattress at £150 as our small double looked ridiculous on top of the double we'd built, expecting a small double. Very disappointed.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
