Great Quality, excellent customer services
I bought these for a forthcoming trip. Unfortunately, my original delivery was incorrect, same make, different style of luggage. However, I firmly believe you can only tell a company's worth when something needs attention and I can not fault Robert Dyas. Their Customer Service is second to none, I spoke to their representative on the telephone, she offered to investigate and come back to me with 24 hours, which she did. She explained it was a picking error, that she arranged for the correct cases to be sent and the others collected and this would all happen the following day, which it did. The cases arrived in good time and were perfect. We would definitely buy from Robert Dya again, secure in the knowledge that even if there is a problem, they will resolve it quickly and effectively. The cases are exactly what we were hoping, great value for money and super quality.
