As a treatment not only cleaning
I am really happy to use this. I have sensitive gums and they tend to bleed. So it is a great treatment as for gums so do cleaning teeth. Two in one. What could be best?! :)

I’d had an older version of an oral b electric toothbrush for a while and decided that it was time for an upgrade, I finally settled on this model.
It has a nice look to it and is simple to use. It has different settings which the old model didn’t have. It made my teeth feel very clean after the first use.
The sensor on the back is very useful especially if you are someone who brushes their teeth quite vigorously.

Lead to short
Great advocate for the electric toothbrush, all good with this model except the charging lead too short. Oral B please add another 6 inches to your lead. I'm having to use an old Oral B charger, so the brush holder does not fit. What a mess.

Way too noisy, would wake the whole household!!!
New toothbrush charged it up and turned it on. Way too noisy. I've had a few before, never this loud. Can't get through to anyone and the automatic chat line doesn't recognise my question. What a waste of money!

Worked albeit with faults for 6 weeks then it died
Worked fine for the first four weeks, then I charged it and it allowed one use before it died. Charged it again, fine for another two weeks. Then charged it again, it gave two uses before it died. Charged it, one use then it died completely. I expect these things to last two or three years AT LEAST, not six months. It was sent for repair, I received a different item, more modes with no instructions telling me what they are and despite a request to Braun's repair co. Olympic Shavers, then a request to Braun, then the retailer phoning Braun, still nothing received. Nobody seems to know what model I received and I'm not going to risk using it without knowing which mode I'm on. Everything has been such a waste of time and money.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
