Disappointingly weak
I'm relieved I was able to return this for a refund. I have been using oral b electric toothbrushes for years, but this one was much less powerful than my previous ones. I used it twice and returned it so I can't comment on battery life, but it didn't feel like it did the job properly... I will buy a different oral b toothbrush soon

Opened box and although hapy with the overall product it requires an out the box 16hr charge and ships with only n EU plug!

Poor Quality failed after only 8 weeks
Braun/Oral B used to make great products, this is my 3rd Oral B the first was great (lasted 10 years+) the next not so good (battery only lasts 4-5 days before needing a recharge) the last one failed after only 8 weeks use. Wouldn't recommend and wont be buying another of their poorly made products again. In addition the badly designed web site gives you the run about when trying to get it repaired, then wants proof of purchase (just tell me upfront so I didn't just waste 20 minutes!) Toothbrush now in Trash!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
