Overview
Our Cairo rug contains a distressed mandala look that would suit both traditional and contemporary styles. Made from a specially designed blend of polypropylene, viscose and polyester makes this rug both easy care and hard wearing while still being beautifully soft with an added sheen that will have the colour changing depending on the light! The design is made up from a blend of greys and blues with a pop of rust and finished with a fringe on each end. Vacuum/spot clean only. Don’t use beater bar. Professional cleaning recommended.

Vacuum frequently to help keep your rug looking new for longer and prevent dirt that is on the surface of the rug from getting embedded. Any spills should be dealt with as soon as they happen to prevent permanent stains on your easy care rug. Rugs without a rubber backing need a rug grip to stop them from slipping and creeping! We recommend buying an anti-slip underlay?which can be cut to the size and shape of your rug.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
