Poor packing
I ordered five bulbs and one was broken either in transit or simply not checked before dispatch. The money involved was too small to make a fuss about the issue but the packaging was certainly not robust enough enough for light bulbs. All other aspects of the transaction were good. The surviving bulbs are excellent.
