Completely standard dimmable halogen bulb
It's certainly a completely normal functioning lightbulb.
I put it in a capacitive light fitting as the previous (presumed halogen) bulb had blown and with other similar light fittings I've had issues with LED bulbs not reacting well to the varying levels of brightness. This one worked fine, as expected. Not the most efficient, but pretty efficient and not really a big deal for a bulb that's on for only an hour or two in any given evening.
I could arguably have done with a brighter bulb, but that's not the fault of anyone except myself and the Robert Dyas store I went to not having much in the way of variety of wattage for this bulb shape/size.
