Very pleased with my awning, although you are very limited to when you can use it in this country, especially wind, but a well made product, that is aesthetically extremely pleasing, let's hope it stands the test of time.

An excellent awning but beware when fixing.
This awning is excellent and good value for money. Three cautions, however. First the expansion bolts for securing to the wall are not top quality. One knackered itself as I was tightening it. I replaced it with a RAWL2 M10 which is much better. I recommend getting these in the first place to use instead of the ones provided. They cost a couple of quid each. Secondly, when it says that you need to allow 8 inches clearance above any patio door, it is not clear what part of the awning mounting needs to go that far above the patio door. You need to remember that it is not just the awning material that needs to clear the patio door as it comes down but also the metal arms that unfold underneath the material. Allow plenty of room. Mine is not quite high enough, which means that I have to make sure the door is closed whenever I open or close the awning. Thirdly, I was not told in the ordering process that the size I ordered (3.5m along the wall) requires a third anchorage point in the centre. Since mine went over a patio door I could not do this and ended up putting two at one end (you can put them about a foot apart). Hopefully that will be good enough as 3.5 metres is only 20cm beyond the length that requires three anchorage points.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
