Happy glider
Very happy with my glider bench both myself and the grandchildren and the dogs love it, easy and fast to put together I did it myself! Would definitely recommend especially for the price with my Robert Dyas card.

Excellent Glider Rocking Garden Chair
I bought this Glider Rocking Garden Chair as I'd seen a similar one but for 3 times the price in an exclusive shop. Wanting something similar I searched hard on the internet for one which I hope was as sturdy, and of a good quality and have been very pleased to say I found it at Robert Dyas. It was super easy to put together and is so comfortable to sit on and gently glide / rock, our 2yr old Grandson loves it too! Fabulous chair and fabulous next day delivery at no additional cost. I highly recommend Robert Dyas and this product.

Not exactly as expected
It is nice bench but I feel that it does not glide as freely as I expected, hence the 3 stars. Otherwise, easy to assemble and good value for price.

Rubbish
The bolts from both sides broke whilst I was sat on this on the second day, they completely snapped off. And for a 3 seater and I'm 10 stone, that's nota good thing to happen.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
