This Pagoda style patio umbrella from Outsunny is a great accessory to compliment your garden and your outdoor furniture.
The bamboo wood is tough and durable, allowing you to use this parasol all day long, with eight ribs connecting the canopy to the pole for extra strength. The canopy is made from anti-UV polyester to keep you protected, crafted into a two-tier design which lets air in and out, helping to reduce any wind-build up underneath. Stretch those arms.
This product looks good when opened, but is totally impractical in my opinion. It may be that it is just unsuitable for our particular garden table, which is 5ft square, therefore the centre hole where the parasol is located is a 2’6”stretch away. To open the parasol, you pull on a sash cord, which is easy enough, but to secure the open position, you need to insert a pin through the locating holes at the top. For me this meant climbing on furniture to reach the pin, which is far too inconvenient. Also, once the parasol is opened, you have several yards of sash cord dangling. For the right table, this is a well made, reasonably price parasol.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
