Very glad I purchased it
I purchased this about a month ago and it’s the centre piece for my garden. It took a few hours to put up - longer than expected. Instructions weren’t as bad as others said. I am still to put this into the ground as the holes are quite small and I need to put it through slate, but overall very happy - it looks great, seems sturdy and is a really nice piece to the garden.
I really hope it does last however - but I purchased this from Robert dyas in the hope that if anything goes wrong such as rust etc I will be able to return

Very heavy and sturdy
Thank you for supplying a nice product. The instruction said it would require 2+ people to assemble it. Father and a grownup son tried and could not do. We had a builder in and two other men assisted him to complete the job at long last. Very strong and stand firmly against the elements for sure. We suggest the instruction should state it would require at least 3 men, hopefully one with construction experience and knowledge.

MISSING PIECE
After a great deal of difficulty getting help i finally was told the missing part could not be
replaced as no longer available. Customer services proved very difficult to contact. Phone calls , emails online help all abortive. Finally after 6 days i managed to speak to a young lady who was most helpful and spent time and patience negotiating a satisfactory deal on my behalf. A total replacement was sent!!

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
