Decided to return
I bought it but have to return. I asked different handyman and professionals to install it for me, most of them told me they cannot gurantee the installation and suggested that a Keter plastic shed is better.
I checked reviews later from other websites about this product and my neighbour's Keter plastic shed too. The unexpected elements for me to keep it are: (1) panels are thin (2) It doesn't include a proper floor panel, but a metal frame (3) It includes many pieces. I think the more pieces it has, the more risk of leaking and having problems when install.

Horrendous to piece together
I received this shed and did not realised it would come in what seems a thousand small panels. Quality is not good and it has taken a ridiculous amount of time for 2 people and still not completed.

What you see is not what you get!
Didn’t look anything like the photo on here. What we got sent definitely wasn’t the shed advertised.
Really cheap and didn’t line up properly at all.
Stopped building it, put it back in the box and had it collected for a refund.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
