Ordered two of these screens on line. Products were delivered promptly and were well packaged. Assembled the screens myself using easy to follow instructions. Delighted with them and would definitely recommend.

Metal Privacy Screen
Really recommend this screen, it arrived very well packed, looks great, and provides some privacy for a patio area near the house. It was a bit awkward to assemble, needing two of us, but well worth the effort. There are three ways to have the three panels, which I wasn’t aware of when ordering, and this makes it very versatile if you want to change the length or height of the screen in the future. I would have given it five stars, but have noticed that some of the screws along the top edge have already got some rust on them after a few days of rain. Hopefully, however, the panels will remain rust free. Time will tell!

Bought for next summer but put it up to make sure all parts were there, dissapointed that it looks wonky,

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
